Memorial Day Cookout!

Generosity isn’t just about money—it’s about kindness, encouragement, and sharing what God has blessed us with. When we give with a joyful heart, whether it’s our time, our resources, or a simple act of love, the Lord sees it and rewards us in ways we can’t imagine. A generous spirit brings blessings not only to others but also to our hearts. Proverbs says, “the liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself.”
God calls us to give willingly, without hesitation or pressure, because true generosity comes from the heart. Whether it’s helping a neighbor, supporting the church, or lifting someone in prayer, every act of giving reflects Christ’s love. Giving changes others, but it changes us too! 2 Corinthians 9:7 states, “Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.” Let’s continue to share His goodness and trust that He will provide for us in every season.
May the Lord bless us with a heart ready to bless others as we serve Him!
