Serving Team

Our Pastor is Rodney Holloman, a native of North Carolina. He studied for the pastorate at Southeastern FWB College in Wendell, NC and received a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Pastoral Theology in 1992.

After completing a Master of Arts in Biblical Exposition at Pensacola Christian College in 1996, God blessed him again by meeting the former Andrea Cook through a mutual friend. They have have been married since 1996 and have 2 children who thankfully look and act like their mother, Allison (21) and Reilly (18).  He is currently pursuing an M. Div. and a D. Min. through Bob Jones University.
Since college graduation, Pastor Holloman has been a youth pastor, associate pastor, or pastor for over 22 years. This includes serving on the faculty of Southeastern FWB College for 10 years in the Bible department teaching classes including Biblical Greek and Systematic Theology. Seven of these years he was privileged to serve as the chairman of the Bible and Pastoral Theology department.  During this time he has also been privileged to be apart of 16 trips in the past 10 years overseas to visit FWB missionaries and encourage laymen and college-age students to consider full-time or short-term missions.

Currently, he is still an adjunct professor with the Cedars of Lebanon seminary in Pinar del Rio, Cuba as well as an Adjunct professor with the Free Will Baptist Seminary in Barbacena, Brazil along with teaching occasional online classes for Southeastern.

Recently, he was honored to contribute a chapter in the Free Will Baptist Guide for New Believers .

William and Terri Blair serve the Lord in a variety of ways here at Hardin Valley. Bill is our treasurer and one of our great servant-hearted leaders. He and Mrs. Terri are involved in our outreach, discipleship, and leadership teams.

Born and raised in North Carolina, Brandon Glaspie accepted Christ as His Lord and Savior when he was 16. Brandon began attending Southeastern Freewill Baptist College in 2009, where he would graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Theology and Practical Ministry in 2016.

  1. Hello, I saw your church while goggling Knox County churches. I am a volunteer worker with the Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child Ministry (Franklin Graham is our CEO). Do you know about his ministry? We fill shoeboxes with toys, hygiene products, and school supplies in November and they are sent to children all over the world WITH a Bible Story Booklet, the Greatest Story, in their language. We also have a follow up discipleship 12-week program for those children interested to learn more about God and His love for them. Since the beginning, we have distributed over 135 million shoeboxes to over 150 countries.
I would love to talk to Pastor Holloman about the ministry and see if Hardin Valley Church would join us in reaching children world-wide for God. I may also try reaching someone by phone during the week, if possible. Thank you
