Is it Already Time for Back to School?
As a new school year begins, we pause to thank the Lord for the privilege of learning and growing in both knowledge and character. In a world where truth is often challenged, we must remind our children and students that true wisdom begins with the fear of the Lord. The Bible says, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding” (Proverbs 9:10). Our prayer is that every student will grow not just academically, but spiritually—keeping their hearts and minds anchored in God’s unchanging Word.
To the parents, teachers, and students in our congregation: we are praying for you! May this school year be filled with opportunities to shine the light of Christ, to stand for what is right, and to be a godly example in every classroom and hallway. “Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity” (1 Timothy 4:12). As a church family, we are here to support and encourage you every step of the way.
