We had a fantastic time on Sunday during our Red, White, and Blue Day—fellowship, food, fun, and a whole lot of patriotic spirit filled the air!

What a blessing it was on Tuesday evening to hear the Sounds of Praise Ensemble from Southeastern College—their voices filled the sanctuary and our hearts with joy and thanksgiving!

🔦🚶 Faith for the Next Step

Life has a way of catching us off guard. Just when we think we’ve got everything figured out, we face a roadblock, a delay, or a struggle we didn’t see coming. But no matter what we’re up against, we serve a faithful God who never loses sight of us. He’s not surprised by our situation, and He hasn’t stopped working behind the scenes. Even on the days when life feels messy or uncertain, He is near—and His promises still stand.

That’s where God’s Word becomes more than just a book. It becomes our lamp in the darkness. His truth gives direction when we feel lost, comfort when we’re weary, and strength when ours runs out. We may not see the whole path ahead, but we can trust each step He lights. His Word steadies our feet and assures us that we’re never walking alone.

“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” —Psalm 119:105

Whatever this week brings, let God’s Word be your guide. Take it one day at a time, one verse at a time. He’s not asking you to sprint—just to walk with Him, step by step, in faith. And that’s more than enough.
