We’re excited to welcome Tommy Spencer this Sunday! He will bring a sacred concert during the Sunday School hour at 9:30 AM and sing a few songs during the Morning Worship service at 10:30 AM.
During the service, we’ll receive a love offering to bless Tommy and his ministry. If you prefer to give online, you can do so at hardinvalleychurch.com/give.
We look forward to a powerful time of worship together!

On Sunday, December 7, we will receive our special Christmas Offering—a chance to bless missionaries, support local ministries, and contribute toward much-needed renovations in our church auditorium. This offering is a meaningful way to invest in gospel work both near and far, and to freshen the space where we gather each week. Gifts toward the total will be received through December 31. More details, including our offering goal and a full annual ministry update, will be shared soon. Thank you for praying and giving generously this season.

This past Sunday, it was a joy to witness Thomas’ baptism! What a powerful reminder of God’s saving grace and the public declaration of faith in Christ. “Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead… even so we also should walk in newness of life” (Romans 6:4, KJV).
This year, we have celebrated 7 people who have followed the Lord through believers’ baptism! Let’s continue praying for and encouraging these folks as they grow in their walk with the Lord.

We are living in a time when truth is often traded for convenience and conviction for comfort. But as followers of Christ, we are called to stand firm, not in our own strength, but in the unchanging Word of God. Paul exhorts us in 1 Corinthians 16:13, “Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.” This is not a call to aggression, but to spiritual courage. We must be vigilant, discerning, and unwavering in our commitment to biblical truth, even when the world around us shifts like sand.
Let’s remember that our foundation is not built on trends or popular opinion, but on the eternal promises of God. Isaiah 40:8 says, “The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.” When we anchor ourselves in Scripture, we are not tossed around by every “wind of doctrine.” Instead, we become beacons of light and hope in a darkening age. May we be a church that holds on to righteousness, speaks the truth in love, and walks humbly with our God.

Join us this Sunday at 9:30 AM for Sunday School! We offer classes for all ages and stages, including children, teens, adults, and seniors. Grow in faith, fellowship, and understanding. Find your place in a group and feel right at home.
