Easter weekend is here and I want to encourage you — do not let it pass without filling these pews and filling your neighbor’s hands with an invitation.

Good Friday, Easter Egg-Stravaganza, and then Easter Sunday morning, we have the opportunity to invite our friends and neighbors to hear the glorious good news of the Gospel.

Someone in your life is hurting and searching for meaning, and they are one resurrection Sunday away from their whole life changing. You may be the only one who thinks to ask them.

Paul said it plainly in Romans 10:14, “How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? Andhow shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?”

This weekend, you are the preacher on your street, in your workplace, and at your supper table. Go get somebody and bring them home to the house of God.
