Why Is Jesus Worthy to be the One?
Isaiah 9:2–7
Ecclesiastes 3:11 He hath made everything beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.
You were made for Eternity.
You will spend eternity somewhere.
Where you spend eternity is decided in this life.
1 John 1:1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)
Why Is Jesus the One Worthy to Be the One to Trust with Our Now and Eternity?
1. Son of Man - "Child is Born"
Hebrews 4:15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
He identified with us.
He was tempted like us.
He suffered for us.
He died for us.
2. Son of God – “Son is Given”
Philippians 2:6–7 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
3. Eternal Father / Father of Eternity
Father – Jewish idea of the author of or originator
Creator
Sustainer
Beginning and the End – Alpha and Omega
Hebrews 10:12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;

- Nothing is too difficult or too complicated for God.
- When you pray as a believer, you lay hold on Eternity.
- The only way to be ready for eternity is to follow the One who is Worthy.
