No pain, no gain!
No Godliness, no maturity!
Strip off things that don’t help you spiritually
Stop hurting God’s heart – Sinning
Sin will disqualify you
Sin will hinder others
Stay focused on Jesus
Stay in the race – Persevere / Run to Win
