What is Joy/Rejoicing?
Joy is a deep-down confidence that God is in control of everything for the believer’s good and His own glory, and thus all is well no matter what the circumstances.
Joy a happiness based on unchanging divine promises and eternal spiritual realities. It is the sense of well-being experienced by one who knows that all is well between oneself and the Lord.
